Members will be elected to the Board of Directors. The 2019 dividends will be provided and reports of officials will be given.

Things to know when participating in the virtual annual meeting:
- We encourage members to join the meeting online using a computer, laptop or tablet. Doing so promises a more engaging experience, watching and hearing the proceedings, as well as being able to participate in the voting process.
- In the voting process, we ask members to use the webinar’s virtual chatroom to respond for calls to make a motion, second a motion, and indicate whether you are opposed to the motion under consideration.
- Prior to the formal start of the virtual annual meeting, we will conduct a roll call of all members in attendance to ensure a quorum, as well as review the instructions for participating in the voting process.
